DBC devices
facilitate correct movement patters based on thorough biomechanical
research. The aim in the training with DBC devices is to improve the
control of the trunk and the coordination of the different muscle
groups, while restoring the spinal endurance and range of motion. The
devices used at DBC are the Lumbar Thoracic Extension (LTE); Lumbar
Thoracic Flexion (LTF); Lumbar Thoracic Lateral Flexion (LTL) & the
Lumbar Thoracic Rotation (LTR).
