  SOCSO Return to Work Programme
 ..::Return to Work Program
The Return To Work program is a proactive & cost-saving way for employers to help injured employees stay at work or return to productive and safe employment as soon as physically possible, thus improving the health and lifestyle; and also to lower the absenteeism rates due to chronic back & neck pain.

Return-to-work programs are based on the philosophy that many injured employees can safely perform productive work during the process of recovery. Returning to work is seen as part of the therapy and recovery of the employees. If you wish to implement a "Return to Work" program in your company, please email us at edmund@dbcsam.com.

Objectives
The 3rd objective of the OSH Act 94 clearly state "to promote the working environment that is adapted to physiological and psychological needs of the workers".
.

From the general duty clause of the OSH Act 1994, "employer has to ensure a safe and health working environment" & “employers are liable to minimize the root causes of these health problems”.
